Itinerary

This tour will take you from the old city to the mountain and to the bay, the most beautiful landscape of Northern Vietnam. With a short 5 days trip but we have a chance to discover the life style of the hill tribe,  the terraced rice field in Sapa as well as the world heritage sites of Halong Bay.

DAY 1: ARRIVER HANOI - NIGHT TRAIN TO SAPA 

Arrive in Hanoi. We welcome you at the airport and transfer you to our office. Free time and walk around French Old Quarter. Have dinner and enjoy for water puppet show. 8.30 - 8:45 Pm Our staff will take you to train station by taxi/bus, take night train.

DAY 2: LAO CAI - SAPA - TREKKING VILLAGE (B/L/D)

You will arrive at Lao Cai at around 6.00am. Picked up by our local guide and take a short car trip to Sapa town about 40km from Lao Cai. Breakfast at local restaurant before exploring the town (early check in is not guaranteed) take a short climb up to Ham Rong Hill for a bird-eye view of Sapa area, then trek down to visit the local market. In the afternoon, take a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village, home of H’mong Ethnics. Meet & talk with locals to learn more about their daily life.

DAY 3: SAPA - HANOI (B/L)

After breakfast we check out and leave your luggage at hotel, then taking a drive to Lao Chai - Ta Van villages, Home of Dzay and Black Mong hill tribes. While trekking around the village, meeting and talking with local hill tribes to learn more about their daily life, customs and traditional habits. Your will have Luxury Limousine car pick you up come back to Hanoi at 9.30 PM.

DAY 4: HANOI - HALONG BAY CRUISE (B/L/D)

Picked up by shuttle bus and take 3.5 hour transfer to Halong Bay with one stop en route. Upon arrival, embark on a junk /boat for a cruise around Ha Long Bay.  While the junk cruising caves, grottoes, floating villages and beaches on the bay. Having fresh seafood lunch on boat. Stop for a while for an excursing to explore one of the most beautiful grottos among others and swimming, if weather permitted. Have dinner on board. In the evening, enjoy the night fishing (service available free of charge upon request and in good weather only).

DAY 5: HALONG BAY - HANOI - DEPARTURE (B/L)

In the morning, doing more cruises through the Bay, passing by many other rocks, Islets as well as fishing villages. Brunch will be served on board before disembarking time. Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus. Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi in the late afternoon take a private transfer Noi Bai Airport for flight back home or next destination.
